Quebecers aged 35 to 39 can make booster appointments today
Quebecers aged 35 to 39 can make appointments for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine — a few hours early of its Wednesday slot on the province’s updated booster shot calendar.

Booster eligibility is opening up to new five-year groups every two to three days, as was the case with the vaccine rollout in Quebec last year, allowing all Quebecers over 18 to book their appointments by Jan. 21. Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé estimated in a Dec. 28 press conference that all adults should be able to get the shot by March.

Anyone over 40, people with chronic illnesses, people who received two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine, essential workers and workers in certain industries are already eligible for the booster.
