Quebecers aged 25 to 34 can make booster appointments today
Quebecers aged 25 to 34 can make appointments for a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine — a few hours early of its Wednesday slot on the province’s booster shot calendar, which has been updated once again (see below).

Booster eligibility has been opening up to new groups every two to three days, as was the case with the vaccine rollout in Quebec last year, allowing all Quebecers over 18 to book their appointments by Friday — a week earlier than the original schedule, which ran through Jan. 21. Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé estimated in a Dec. 28 press conference that all adults should be able to get the shot by March.

Anyone over 35, people with chronic illnesses, people who received two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine, essential workers and workers in certain industries are already eligible for the booster. Dubé urged anyone who’s recently recovered from COVID-19 to get the booster once symptoms have subsided.
